Terms & conditions.

1. Submissions

All submitted papers must be original, unpublished work not under review elsewhere, and must follow the official IEEE conference template. Submissions are peer-reviewed and screened for plagiarism. The organising committee reserves the right to reject or withdraw any paper that does not meet the conference's scope, quality or ethics requirements.

2. Registration & payment

At least one author of each accepted paper must complete full registration for the paper to be included in the program and submitted to IEEE Xplore®. Fees are as published on the Registration page and the ConfConnects portal. Bank, transfer and payment-gateway charges are charged on actuals as per local government norms.

3. Refunds

All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please see the Refund Policy for full details.

4. Presentation & publication

At least one author must present each accepted paper (in person or online) for it to be submitted to the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, subject to meeting IEEE's scope and quality requirements. Inclusion in IEEE Xplore® is at IEEE's discretion. Authors are responsible for the accuracy and originality of their work and for obtaining any necessary permissions.

5. Code of conduct

All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. The organisers may remove, without refund, any participant engaging in harassment, disruptive or unlawful conduct.

6. Changes & cancellation

The organisers may modify the program, format, dates or venue where necessary. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling due to circumstances beyond the organisers' control or force majeure, the Refund Policy applies.

7. Liability

The organisers and the IEEE Nepal Section are not liable for any personal loss, injury, or damage, or for travel, accommodation or visa-related costs incurred in connection with the conference.
