Registration & fees.
At least one author of every accepted paper must complete registration by 15 August 2026 for the paper to be included in the program and submitted to IEEE Xplore®.
Registration is handled on ConfConnects. The fees below reflect the official ConfConnects portal, which remains the authoritative source for registration and payment.

All fees are in US Dollars (USD) and are per paper, valid for up to 6 pages. Pages beyond 6 are charged at USD 5 each at the Regular rate and USD 10 each at the Late rate. Regular and Late rates apply by registration date — see the ConfConnects portal for the applicable window. Taxes, where applicable, are additional.
Bank / transfer / payment-gateway charges will be charged on actuals and will be reflected in the payment gateway as per local government norms.
Pages & certificates.
- The registration fee is valid for up to 6 pages; extra pages incur additional charges as per the rates mentioned in the table above.
- Each registration includes one presentation certificate for the presenting author. Additional presenters may obtain a presentation certificate at the additional-certificate rate in the table above.
- Additional authors who have not presented the paper may be issued a contribution certificate on a paid basis, at the additional-certificate rate in the table above.
Registration policy
The essentials.
- Each accepted paper requires at least one full author registration.
- Fees are tiered as Regular and Late — register early for the lower Regular rate.
- Additional pages are charged at USD 5 each (Regular) or USD 10 each (Late) for papers exceeding the 10-page limit.
- Registration must be completed by the author registration deadline (15 August 2026).
- At least one author must present the paper (in person or online) for it to be submitted to IEEE Xplore®.
