Submit your research to ICACT 2026.

Original, unpublished work across the full breadth of computing. The submission deadline has passed — Paper Submission Portal, and acceptance notifications go out on or before 8 August 2026.

We welcome paper submissions on a wide range of topics in computing and related fields. Submitted papers must represent original, unpublished work and must not be under review elsewhere.

Scope & tracks

Six thematic tracks.

Track 01

Core Computing & Software Engineering

Algorithms, data structures, programming languages, operating systems, architecture, databases and software engineering.

Track 02

Intelligent Systems & Data Science

AI, machine & deep learning, NLP, computer vision, data science, big-data analytics and HPC.

Track 03

Network, Cloud & Next-Gen Infrastructure

Networking & internet technologies, cloud, parallel & distributed computing, edge and virtualization.

Track 04

Cybersecurity & Emerging Technologies

Cybersecurity, blockchain, quantum computing, neuromorphic & biocomputing, AR/VR.

Track 05

Communication Technologies

Wireless & mobile communication, signal processing, and next-generation communication systems.

Track 06

IoT, Smart Villages & Edge Computing

Internet of Things, smart-village applications, robotics, autonomous and human-centric systems.

Submission & author guidelines

How to submit.

Step 01

Originality

All submissions must be original, unpublished work not currently under review at any other venue. Papers are peer-reviewed and screened for plagiarism.

Step 02

IEEE format

Papers must be formatted strictly to the official IEEE Conference Proceedings Templates (double-column, US Letter) in MS Word or LaTeX.

Step 03

Review the complete instructions on the IEEE Author Center, then submit through the official ConfConnects portal.

Publication. All accepted, registered and presented papers will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, subject to meeting IEEE's scope and quality requirements. IEEE Xplore® content is submitted to Scopus for possible indexing. IEEE Conference Record #70625.
