The 3rd International Conference on Advanced Computing Technologies (ICACT 2026) invites researchers, academicians, professionals and enthusiasts from around the world to participate in our upcoming conference. Organised by the ICACT Organising Committee under the IEEE Nepal Section, the event is a platform for the exchange of innovative ideas, the presentation of research findings and the discussion of recent developments in the field of computing.

We welcome and encourage contributions from all areas of computing and related fields. Submitted papers must represent original, unpublished work and should not be under review elsewhere. All submissions are peer-reviewed and screened for originality.

Publication. All accepted, registered and presented papers will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, subject to meeting IEEE's scope and quality requirements. IEEE Xplore® content is submitted to Scopus for possible indexing. IEEE Conference Record #70625.
