The 2026 IEEE 3rd International Conference on
Advanced Computing Technologies

ICACT 2026

1–2 September 2026  ·  Online  ·  10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Nepal Time

1. Programme at a Glance

Ten sessions run in parallel in each slot, each on its own joining link. Session names are links to the full paper list further down.

Type your Paper ID, a word from the title, or an author name.

Presentation template Please prepare your slides on the official ICACT 2026 template. It carries the conference details, a cover slide for your Paper ID, title, authors, session name and number, and a section-by-section plan that fits the ten minutes allowed. Authors are requested to follow the template and the timeline. Download the presentation template (PPTX)

2. Local Times for Overseas Authors

The conference runs to Nepal Time. Authors joining from outside Nepal and India are requested to note their own local time below and to allow for it when planning their day.

Authors in North America please note: these sittings fall in the small hours of your morning. If this is not workable for you, please write to the committee well in advance so that your paper can be considered for a different slot.

3. Guidelines for Presenting Authors

Each paper is allotted 12 minutes in total — 10 minutes for the presentation and 2 minutes for questions. The session chair will indicate the eight-minute mark and will close the presentation at ten minutes. Please keep strictly to time so that the session does not run over.

  1. Presentation format
    • Slides may be in Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX) or PDF, prepared in 16:9 and tested on both Windows and Mac.
    • Ten to twelve slides are appropriate for ten minutes.
    • Authors share their own screen. Please keep the file open before the session begins.
    • All presentations must be delivered in English.
    • Please use the official ICACT 2026 presentation template. Download it here: ICACT 2026 Presentation Template (PPTX). The template carries the conference details, a cover slide for your Paper ID, title, authors, session name and number, and a section-by-section plan that fits the ten minutes allowed.
    • Authors are requested to follow the template and the timeline. Where a presentation deviates from the prescribed format or overruns the time allotted, the Session Chair may decline to permit the presentation to continue or to begin. This is at the sole discretion of the Session Chair, whose decision on the conduct of the session is final. Please note that a paper which is not presented is withdrawn from the IEEE Xplore submission, so kindly prepare to the template and keep to time.
  2. Joining the session
    • All presentations are delivered online only. There is no in-person presentation at ICACT 2026. Every author presents remotely over the joining link given against their session, and the rooms named in this programme are online rooms, not physical ones.
    • Please join ten minutes before the session start time using the link given against your session.
    • Rename yourself in the format PaperID – AuthorName. Chairs admit participants from the waiting room by this name.
    • The camera must remain on throughout the presentation, with a clear background.
    • Authors are requested to remain for the full session and not only for their own slot.
  3. Attendance and presentation
    • At least one author of every paper must present. This is a requirement of IEEE and not of the organisers.
    • A paper that is not presented will be withdrawn from the IEEE Xplore submission. No refund is admissible and authors will not be eligible for any claim.
    • Presenting authors are expected to attend the Valedictory Session.
    • Certificates will be issued in the name of the presenting author recorded in this programme. Each registration includes one presentation certificate. If two authors are presenting the same paper, kindly indicate to the committee in advance in whose name the certificate is to be issued; a certificate for the second presenter may be obtained on a paid basis, as may contribution certificates for co-authors who do not present. Additional certificates are issued only as selected and paid for at the time of registration; requests made after the conference cannot be accommodated.
    • e-Certificates will be issued within 15 working days from the date of the conference. Kindly await this period before writing to the committee about a certificate that has not yet arrived.
    • The presentation must be live, and must be delivered by an author of the paper. Pre-recorded presentations and presentation by proxy are strictly discouraged. Where the presenting author named in this programme is unable to attend, a co-author may present in their place; please inform the session chairs before the session so that the certificate is issued correctly. A paper presented by someone who is not an author, or played as a recording, may be treated as not presented.
  4. Technical arrangements
    • Please test audio, video and internet connectivity well in advance. A headset and a stable connection are recommended.
    • Any failure of audio, video or internet at the author's end will be treated as absence.
    • Authors are advised to keep a co-author on standby who is able to present.
    • If disconnected during the talk, please rejoin immediately. The chair will accommodate you at the end of the session if time permits.
  5. Recording
    • All sessions will be recorded for the conference record.
    • Authors having any objection to being recorded are requested to inform the committee in writing and in advance.
    • Participants may not record or circulate another author's presentation.
  6. Assistance during the conference
    • The Session Chair 2 named against each session is the first point of contact on the day for links, admission and technical difficulty.
    • The Session Chair 1 conducts the session, maintains time and moderates the discussion.
    • Sessions and links are subject to change. Authors are advised to check the conference website before their day.
    • For any other matter, please write to secretaryicact@gmail.com.

4. Session Chairs

Each room needs two Session Chairs, a Session Chair 1 and a Session Chair 2, for the duration of a slot. Because the four slots run at different times, one person may take the same room through all four slots. The conference therefore needs a minimum of sixteen chairs, or sixteen of each if the committee prefers two shifts, one for each day.

Names entered against a session in the schedule below appear here automatically.

5. Session Schedule

All timings are in Nepal Time (NPT, UTC+05:45). Indian Standard Time is fifteen minutes behind the timings shown.
